Tribus Group to hand over first vehicle to Köhler Transfer and celebrate new presence in Germany at RETTmobil 2025

Utrecht, May 2025 – During the international trade fair RETTmobil 2025 in Fulda, Germany, Tribus Group, a developer of innovative mobility solutions, will officially hand over the first vehicle in a new series of fifty wheelchair-accessible minibuses to its German partner Köhler Transfer GmbH & Co. KG. The ceremonial key handover will take place on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tribus booth in Hall 6, Stand 606.

Second series after successful collaboration
Tribus and Köhler Transfer began working together in 2024 following their initial meeting at RETTmobil 2023. This led to an initial order of twenty vehicles. The collaboration proved so successful that a follow-up order for fifty more vehicles has now been awarded. The official handover at RETTmobil will mark the start of this second series and a further strengthening of the partnership.

About the vehicle: smart use of space
The vehicle to be handed over at RETTmobil is a Ford Transit wheelchair minibus, fully equipped with Tribus’ innovative TriflexAIR 2.0 Floor System and TriflexAIR seats. This multifunctional combination guarantees a safe, flexible, and efficient transport solution for wheelchair users and other passengers alike.
A key innovation in this new series is that, for the first time, a TriflexAIR seat has been mounted on a wheel arch bracket. This was previously not possible, but due to this technical advancement, the available space inside the vehicle can now be used even more efficiently. The result is more seating capacity and improved movement within the vehicle, without compromising comfort or safety.

Tribus now also established in Germany
During RETTmobil, Tribus will not only celebrate a new vehicle handover, but also a significant milestone in its international expansion: the founding of Tribus Deutschland GmbH! The company is based in Goch and is officially registered in Germany under that name. With this local presence, Tribus aims to serve its German customers even better—closer in service, communication, and cooperation.
