M1 PASSENGER TRANSPORT
The Ford Transit accommodates 8 seated passengers and up to 4 wheelchairs or a combination thereof with wheelbase 3750 (length 3 height 2). A large variety of seating and wheelchair configurations are available with our SLP program. All layouts have been fully tested according M1 European regulations.
TRIFLEXAIR
With the integrated TriflexAIR flooring & seating system all passengers have an unobstructed view to the outdoors. The wheelchair restraint system is 100% mechanical and easy and fast to operate. The clever fold and turn feature of the seats provide maximum space for the wheelchair passengers.
HIGHLY ACCESSIBLE
Thanks to the automated wheelchair lift at the rear and the lowered front entrance, the Ford Transit is accessible for all passenger, regardless of their fysical limitations. The yellow entry bars provide safetyness at all times. The XXL belts are installed for locking the wheelchair passenger safe and fast.
EXTENDED ROOF CONSOLE
An extended roof console is installed to provide maximum space for passengers boarding with the lowered front entrance. It is nicely finished with components that match factory colours and materials. Thanks to professional and modern look & feel, traveling in the Ford Transit wheelchair minibus is a true experience.
