Production is often seen as a man’s world, but Estela, Maiara and Ayfer prove every day that it’s not about what you are, but about who you are and what you bring to the team.
Tomorrow is International Women’s Day, and that’s why we’re putting these three incredible colleagues in the spotlight. While there are more great women working at Tribus, Estela, Maiara and Ayfer are the women in our production team. They are the driving force behind our in-house TriflexAIR seat production, ensuring quality and precision in every step.
With their dedication, energy, and laughter, they inspire us every day and light the way for an even better workplace ❤️
